John Ramirez, a former CIA electronic intelligence (ELINT) analyst, dedicated 25 years to tracking radar signals and missile systems. He shares intriguing insights about UFOs (UAPs) and government secrecy, emphasizing, “You guys don’t control Disclosure, they do. They can show up tomorrow.”
His primary focus involved analyzing radar signals from missile systems, akin to understanding how a car’s engine operates by listening to its sounds.
In an interview with Area 52, Ramirez disclosed that the radar systems he monitored detected unusual signals during Soviet ballistic missile tests.
“The systems assigned to me did pick up anomalous signatures while tracking their manufactured ballistic missiles, often accompanied by strange lights and objects,” he noted.
The Foreign Technology Division (FTD) referred to these as “domes of light,” appearing as orange orbs at a 600-nanometer wavelength. Imagine mysterious glowing orbs following a rocket launch, visible only through specialized equipment.
He described a Soviet radar system, Neman-P, used for atmospheric anomaly research. Prior to missile launches, this radar would activate, sometimes tracking unidentified objects.
“Occasionally, it would pick up something that we couldn’t identify, indicating that there was something of interest to the Soviets in their airspace,” Ramirez remarked. These objects performed maneuvers beyond the capability of conventional aircraft, eliminating the possibility of them being human-made technology.
“The systems that I was assigned did detect anomalous signatures when they were tracking ballistic missiles of their own manufacture. These incidents were referred to as the domes of light phenomena by the FTD during that time,” he added. “Whenever the Soviet Union launched a ballistic missile test, these domes accompanied the missile.”
Ramirez confirmed that the CIA maintained an ongoing UFO investigation program. “The CIA never halted its project to investigate UFOs,” he stated. Around 2003–2004, an orb working group was established, led by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), comprising the CIA, DIA, NSA, and contractors. This group examined orbs detected in NGA data, indicating a collective effort among intelligence agencies.
“If you possess a UFO propulsion system manual of operations, it suggests that someone has reverse-engineered a craft,” he explained. This comprehensive manual implies decades of research into non-human technology.
Regarding alien DNA, Ramirez revealed that the CIA collected and sequenced extraterrestrial DNA, discovering human-like markers. “There are markers that appear very human. It seems that what appears to be an alien contains human genetic markers in their DNA and genome,” he stated.
Colleague Gerald Haynes pointed out, “Since World War II, particularly after, we have been interested in alien DNA, notably in humans.” The CIA allegedly tracked this DNA in specific U.S. families, especially in the Northeast, likely before the mid-1970s when congressional oversight was established.
“The CIA had a program to trace alien DNA in particular families within the United States,” he claimed.
Ramirez also mentioned undersea operations aimed at retrieving objects, although he was not fully briefed due to the program’s high secrecy. “This top-secret information surpasses that of the Manhattan Project,” he was informed, underscoring its sensitivity. His colleague’s branch was responsible for these underwater recoveries, but details remain classified.
He discussed a unique spacecraft, shaped like an egg and not intended for landing, featuring a radar warning system to detect signals comparable to Neman-P’s three-gigahertz frequency.
This frequency seemed significant, as Ramirez pointed out, “Three gigahertz appears to be the magic wavelength.” Reports suggest Russian efforts, led by a retired major general, utilized this frequency to attract UAPs, interacting with them through electromagnetic signals and even body movements.
Ramirez stressed that UAPs control their own visibility. “I told them, you guys don’t control disclosure. They do. They can show up tomorrow,” he asserted.
