BCV will now operate as a standalone subsidiary of ATB Financial, maintaining its leadership team, portfolio management strategies, and existing business model.

The BCV, Manitoba-based portfolio management firm, manages over $5.8bn in assets and has operated in wealth management since its founding in 2007.
